Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing TBC (“Game”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

• The Game is intended for players aged 13+. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent/guardian.
• You must have the legal right to use the Game in your country/region.

3. Use of the Game

• The Game is for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, publicly perform, reverse-engineer, inject or scrape code, interfere with servers, or bypass security.
• Automation, bots, macros, or any form of artificial score inflation is prohibited.

4. Unique ID & Player Profile

• On first use, you provide your name and email to generate a Unique ID (UID). This UID identifies your profile and lets us contact you for milestones/rewards.
• Keep your UID confidential. Actions taken with your UID are deemed yours. If you lose access, we may require verification to assist.
• We may suspend or terminate UIDs associated with abuse, cheating, or policy violations.

5. Milestones & Rewards

• Complete milestones to earn rewards. Rewards are discretionary, limited, and may be substituted or modified without notice.
• Eligibility may require identity/eligibility verification and compliance with these Terms.
• Ties, fraud reviews, time windows, and disqualification criteria may be applied at our discretion.
• Winners are notified at the email linked to the UID. Taxes, duties, and shipping (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Advertising (Future) & Invalid Activity

• We do not currently display third-party ads in the Game. In the future, we may show advertisements from third parties (e.g., Google AdSense). When ads are introduced: (i) they will not interrupt core gameplay; (ii) delivery may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy; and (iii) we do not control and are not responsible for third-party ad content.
• Invalid activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation: clicking your own ads; encouraging or incentivizing others to click or view ads; using bots, scripts, auto-refresh, click-rings, or any method that generates artificial impressions or clicks; and designing layouts to cause accidental clicks. Violations may result in suspension of your account/UID and disqualification from prizes.

7. Intellectual Property

All graphics, code, design, text, and other content are owned by The Barter Company or its licensors. No license is granted except a limited right to play the Game in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Barter Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Game.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game (including a UID) at any time for suspected abuse, cheating, security risks, policy violations, or legal reasons.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after the update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Game or these Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
